Write Some Optimized Press Releases Before You Submit Your New Website |

I have been contemplating writing some optimized press releases to have them in my folder for a new website launch. It's a good idea to publish optimized press releases shortly after submitting your new website to the search engines, so they have something to point to the website, besides the site itself, to get your site a better site rating, and push it higher in the search engines. Optimized press releases aren't really that hard to write to satisfy the search engines, but they are important to get right, because ultimately, people are going to be reading those press releases, and you want to make a favorable impression on them. It's interesting how the Internet has promoted content again. It gives short weight to images, since the search bots don't read images, but they rely almost solely on textual content to decide where to put a website in their categories. And having reciprocal links is very important, too, since many of the search engines believe that having links pointing to your site from other "more important" sites makes yours a good site. |
